Free Home Utah Terms of Service
By using the services of this website, you agree to the following:Eligibility:
- To register on Free Home Utah, you must be at least 13 years of age.
- When a property you have listed for sale sells, you must enter the sale price and indicate that the property sold. This can be done in the form that is used to delete a listing.
- Your profile and any listings you post must contain only truthful information.
- You may not use any feature of this website to promote any commercial venture,
except to promote real estate and rental listings and the services of real estate professionals
in accordance with the intended design of the site.
For example:
- you may not use the contact forms or contact information published on the site to send unsolicited commercial email.
- you may not include information in your profile promoting commercial ventures other than your own real estate related services.
- you may not include information in your listings promoting anything except the real estate or rental property listed.
- You may not use any feature of this website to transmit any:
- copyrighted material which you do not have the legal right to publish.
- material which is illegal to publish for any reason.
- material not suitable for children.
- material which creates a hostile environment for other visitors.
- We reserve the right to edit or delete any information or photographs submitted to this website to bring them into compliance with these terms.
- Any reproduction, transmission, duplication or distribution of materials from this site other than those which you yourself have submitted without prior written consent is prohibited.
- You grant Free Home Shop, L.L.C. the non-exclusive right to publish any materials which you submit to this site, with the exception of information which this site explicitly states will be kept private.
- You may cancel your account or listings at any time by deleting your profile or listings. However, no refunds will be issued for any unused payments.
- You may transfer the remaining balance of listing upgrade credits from one of your own listing to another.
- You may not transfer your account or payment credits to any other person or entity.
- You agree to pay $20.00 for any check returned for insufficient funds.
- We reserve the right to terminate your membership without refund for violation of the terms of this agreement.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Free Home Shop, L.L.C., its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents and owners for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from your use of the website.
- You agree that Free Home Shop, L.L.C. is not responsible for the actions of the users of this site nor for the accuracy of information submitted by users.
- You agree that any liability for the accuracy of information you submit to this site is yours.
- The services covered by these terms are provided as-is with no warranty either express or implied.
- Free Home Shop, L.L.C. is not a real estate agency.
- The information on this website should not be construed as legal advice.
- Free Home Shop, L.L.C. does not routinely review the information posted by its users, and is not reponsible for the accuracy of such information.
- We may update the terms of this agreement at any time without notification by posting the updated agreement on this page (http://FreeUtahRealEstate.com/terms.php). By continued use of this website, you agree to the modified terms.
- You agree to pay all court costs and reasonable attorneys fees incurred by Free Home Shop, L.L.C. in order to enforce the terms of this agreement.
- Any failure on our part to enforce any provision of this agreement shall not constitute a forfeiture of our right to enforce such provision at a future time.
- This agreement will be construed under the laws of the State of Utah.
- If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
